Spoon has been a seminal indie/alternative rock band through the 2000s, with history going back to the early and mid 90s. In this podcast, we follow Spoon through their formation and up to their 4th LP, Kill the Moonlight.

Fellas, big fan and avid listener here, my name's Dan and i wanted to thank you guys for all of the awesome podcasts! I've never been able to comment before, because i usually listen to the show at work on my phone. But you guys have provided me dozens of hours of interesting music discussion while i'm on my hands and knees working in greenhouses at my job. But I wanted to throw out a few Deep Dive artist ideas that I would be absolutely THRILLED to see you guys cover. Not trying to bully you guys into listening to bands you're not really into, but you've mentioned several of these bands before and i just wanted to throw out some ideas for future podcasts :)

Wow! That turned into quite a list... But that's a list of some of my favorite artists of all time (my top picks are probably the top 8 or so bands, i'm a big post-punk/early alt rock fan obviously)

If you guys wanted to take any of these into consideration, I'd be a very happy listener! Thank you Jake and Thom for your guys' hard work and excellent podcasts! If you guys ever happen to be in Columbus, Ohio, it'd be awesome to link up in person and see a show together!

PS: Sorry to troll you guys, but i'm going to repost this on the website and your Facebook page to give you guys a more likely chance to see it!
